The ideal candidate will utilize their sales expertise to:
- Provide exceptional and authentic service that fosters a Modern Luxury customer experience.
- Enhance product knowledge and stay informed about current collections, sharing insights with the broader team.
- Meet and surpass sales targets through effective strategies, client engagement, and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.
- Promote a collaborative environment built on trust and teamwork among peers, customers, and supervisors.
- Establish credibility as a personal stylist and fashion authority by keeping abreast of market trends and customer preferences.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 1-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with a solid understanding of fashion trends and market dynamics.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the use of mobile devices and the internet.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to navigate the sales floor and meet physical demands.
- A flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
