Position Overview
ABM Industries, a prominent provider of integrated facility solutions, is seeking a dedicated Stadium Floor Maintenance Specialist. This role involves performing essential cleaning and upkeep of both carpeted and hard surface flooring, alongside executing preventive maintenance on floor care machinery. This is a full-time position that may require weekend availability.
Compensation: $18.00-$19.00 per hour.
Work Schedule: Full-time shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including weekends and event days.
The compensation range provided reflects the hourly rate for this position, which may vary based on the applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market alignment.

Essential Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in floor maintenance is required.
- No specific educational qualifications such as a high school diploma, GED, or college degree are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting cleaning operations in offices, hallways, common areas, and other designated spaces.
- Arranging furniture before and after cleaning tasks.
- Performing cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing of floors.
- Accurately measuring and dispensing cleaning chemicals.
- Labeling cleaning agents appropriately.
- Maintaining and storing cleaning equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) effectively.
- Keeping track of floor areas and scheduling maintenance tasks.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Assisting with hazardous waste collection as needed.
- Demonstrating knowledge of maintenance procedures for M30 and T12 machines.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in floor maintenance.
- Ability to perform maintenance on M30 and T12 machines.
- Comfortable working with hazardous chemicals and exposure to various environmental conditions.
- Ability to withstand noise and maintain physical agility.
- Strong communication skills.
