Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the dealership
- Help customers select the ideal vehicle by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their needs
- Clearly explain product features, financing options, technology, and dealership advantages to potential buyers
- Conduct facility tours for all guests
- Present available upgrades, accessories, and optional equipment for customer consideration
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty
- Effectively address objections, close sales, and follow the dealership's sales process
- Provide daily reports to the Sales Manager regarding contacts, sales goals, planned activities, and prospect analysis
- Manage customer information and interactions using provided CRM tools
- Maintain standards for customer satisfaction metrics
- Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient in standard Microsoft applications and able to learn new software tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-driven and motivated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
