Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for visiting clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects, utilizing our sales system to guide the process, and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects and provide expert guidance.
- Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software to streamline the sales process.
- Relationship Building: Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.
- Sales Experience: 2+ years of in-home/outside sales experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Flooring preferred, but construction or design knowledge will be considered as well.
- Drive and Determination: Use competitive drive to exceed sales targets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
