As a Sun Spa Consultant at Soleil Tans, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our guests' experiences by delivering exceptional service and expert guidance on our tanning and spa offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Promote and sell memberships, while effectively upselling products and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Educate guests on various tanning lotions and equipment, ensuring they receive tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of health and safety protocols, communicating these effectively to guests.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with management to uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members, fostering a supportive team environment.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and equipment, adhering to established cleaning schedules.
- Represent the Soleil Tans brand positively in all interactions with guests and the public.
- Participate in mandatory meetings, with compensation provided for your time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating exceptional service skills.
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Well-groomed appearance and attention to personal presentation.
- Punctual and reliable, prepared to work as scheduled.
- Availability for a minimum of 12 hours per week, including at least one weekend shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a retail or sales-driven environment, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay of $15.25 per hour, with a guaranteed increase to $17.25 per hour after completing our training and certification program.
- Monthly bonuses based on individual and company performance, with average earnings of an additional $1 to $4 per hour worked.
