In-Home Sales Consultant Position Details & Advantages:

The In-Home Sales Consultant role is undoubtedly one of the most rewarding positions within the organization. Qualifications for Success:- 3-5+ years of experience in flooring sales, both in-home and outside
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in sales tracking and reporting software
- Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Eager to be part of a collaborative and supportive team
- Driven to achieve a six-figure income with a strong work ethic
- Committed to meeting customer needs with urgency
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Earning potential includes a strong base salary plus commission, totaling over $100,000.
