As a Floor Coverings International In-Home Sales Consultant, you will engage with homeowners to evaluate their flooring requirements and preferences. After understanding the project goals, you will recommend and sell the flooring solutions that align with their needs and budget. Qualifications for Success: 3-5+ years of experience in flooring sales, both in-home and outside. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Proficient in using technology for sales tracking and reporting. Self-motivated and coachable with a competitive spirit. Comfortable speaking publicly. Eager to be part of a collaborative and supportive team. Ambitious with a desire to achieve a six-figure income through hard work. Committed to meeting customer needs with a sense of urgency. Availability for evening and weekend appointments. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Compensation: Earning potential is significant, with a strong base salary plus commission leading to $100,000+.
