Sprout Social is seeking a highly driven and tech-savvy Account Executive to join our expanding Large Enterprise sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing sales opportunities with both new logos and existing customers in the large enterprise segment.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop sales opportunities with large enterprise customers
- Own your numbers and consistently meet and exceed activity goals to build a fruitful pipeline
- Establish deep relationships within your book of business through multi-threading and achieve executive or VP level engagement
- Manage a large number of prospective accounts and identify problems, opportunities, and consultatively provide solutions
- 5+ years of closing experience in B2B sales
- Proven success selling/cross-selling to large enterprise organizations (5,000+ global employees)
- Ability to manage a large number of prospective accounts and identify problems, opportunities, and consultatively provide solutions
- Experience building relationships, presenting, and selling to senior-level decision makers across multiple functions
- Experience working with internal partners and cross-functional stakeholders to increase deal momentum and exceed both prospects and customers' expectations
Within 1 month, you'll gain a broader understanding of our products and how your role fits into the organization through our new hire training and onboarding program. You'll also partner with the Director of Enterprise to define key success metrics for your role and meet with current members of the Enterprise Sales team to understand what's working and what's not.
What You'll AchieveWithin 3 months, you'll start hitting your stride by meeting with all your existing customers, identifying top new logo opportunities, and understanding the language of all your customers. You'll also own your numbers, consistently meet and exceed activity goals, and co-build account and territory plans with your BDR and other teams.
What You'll BecomeWithin 6 months, you'll be making a clear impact by building solid relationships at the C-Level with existing customers, building strong internal relationships, and building 4X your monthly quota target of net new logo pipeline. You'll also travel locally or out of state to meet with high-potential prospects and critical customers to speed up deal cycles and increase win rates.
What You'll ContributeWithin 12 months, you'll make this role your own by mentoring and developing your BDR, stepping up as a peer leader to share best practices, and consistently meeting and exceeding monthly activity, pipeline, and new business metrics.

Our On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $250,000.00 USD annually, and we offer restricted stock units (RSUs) under our equity plan. We participate in the E-Verify program in certain locations, as required by law.
