Position Overview:
The Health Projects Center is seeking a Senior Program Executive to oversee our diverse range of initiatives aimed at enhancing community health and support services.

Role Summary:
The Senior Program Executive will spearhead programs focused on comprehensive care management, support for family caregivers, and the development of the healthcare workforce.

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Executive Director and is pivotal in providing strategic leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional services that empower individuals to live and age with dignity within their communities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership (10%): Develop and articulate a strategic vision for all programs, ensuring they align with the overarching goals of the organization.
  • Program Development and Management (40%): Lead the design, execution, and assessment of innovative programs that respond to the changing needs of the community. Manage program budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure effective service delivery. Continuously monitor program outcomes to foster improvement.
  • Partnership and Collaboration (10%): Build and sustain strategic partnerships with community organizations, government entities, funders, and other stakeholders to broaden program impact.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance (10%): Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards. Implement quality assurance protocols to uphold program integrity.
  • Staff Development and Supervision (30%): Provide leadership and mentorship to program staff, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation. Supervise program directors and managers, offering guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in social work, nursing, public health, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of eight years in leadership roles, with significant experience in the nonprofit and/or healthcare sectors.
  • Expertise in care management and related services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • A commitment to developing programs that facilitate aging in place.
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Exceptional leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Knowledge of aging issues and community-based services.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in budget management and staff training.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Licensure in social work, nursing, psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a flexible and supportive work environment, along with comprehensive benefits including paid vacation, sick leave, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, travel reimbursement, educational allowances, and a retirement plan with employer contributions.
