  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the energy sector, preferably within renewable energy.
  • A proven track record in renewable or community solar origination with a robust network of community solar aggregators, clients, and brokers throughout the United States.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Community Solar markets, challenges, and regulations, along with proficiency in structuring, preparing, negotiating, coordinating, and executing community solar agreements with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capability to manage and lead a small team, navigating the various facets of community solar origination with aggregators, clients, and related organizations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A results-driven leader capable of working autonomously within a large, matrixed organization while effectively engaging with diverse cross-functional teams.
Additional Information
  • This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office presence.
  • Compliance with all ENGIE ethics and safety protocols is mandatory.
