Solar Sales Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Solar Sales Consultant to join our team at Home Instead-Bettendorf, IA. As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and pricing solar and solar storage systems, guiding customers through the contract signing process, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and price solar and solar storage systems
  • Guide customers through contract signing
  • Guide customers through post-sales journey
Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years' related consulting experience
  • 1-2+ years' experience with inside sales
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Solar industry knowledge
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Efficiently use Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office's Excel
  • Basic sales conversation skills, such as actively listening and objection handling
  • Consultative sales skills
  • Solar and battery design knowledge
Working Conditions:
  • Open-office environment
  • Some overtime may be required based on business needs
