We proudly hold the position of the third largest solar tracker supplier worldwide, with aspirations to become the industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy for the USA.
  • Identify and analyze target demographics to craft tailored marketing initiatives that effectively engage them.
  • Generate and oversee content for press releases, newsletters, blogs, and various social media channels.
  • Uphold and enhance the company's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure unified marketing and communication efforts.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Manage the marketing and communication budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Events:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of tradeshows and events from inception to completion, aligned with requirements and objectives.
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance the success of events.
  • Take full ownership of managing and coordinating projects that resonate with the essence of PVHardware from concept to realization.
  • Lead promotional activities associated with events.
  • Foster strong partnerships with agency collaborators, catering services, media representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless event execution and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
  • Evaluate the success of events and compile comprehensive reports.

Requirements:

  • A degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, encompassing writing, speaking, and active listening.
  • Thorough understanding of effective writing and messaging practices for business communication, public relations, advertising, marketing, and social media.
  • Ability to engage effectively with team members across all levels and departments.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Experience in organizing local and regional events.
  • Creative thinker with outstanding communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics features.
  • Familiarity with various marketing software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Understanding of KPIs and marketing techniques relevant to event management.

Regular Collaborations:

  • Work closely with the U.S. Sales Department, Global Marketing team, and Global Product team.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners such as agencies and suppliers.
