Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing all culinary operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  2. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
