Job Title: Senior Culinary Operations Manager

This role is ideal for a highly experienced culinary professional who has managed high-volume food production in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, our Peppermill & Western Village team seeks an exceptional leader to oversee daily operations and drive excellence in cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and prepare high-quality food products, maintaining consistency and quality standards.
- Lead by example, emphasizing day-to-day communication skills and commitment to excellent cuisine.
- Manage food and labor costs within the department, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the Purchasing Department on inventory control, quality of goods, and par stocks.
- Coach, train, and instruct staff members in their duties, ensuring proper performance.
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism among team members, including dress code adherence.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to management.

Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in hotel restaurants or similar establishments.
- Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking methods, particularly in high-volume settings.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
- Ability to teach, train, and motivate team members.
