We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Culinary Director to spearhead our culinary operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for shaping the culinary vision, developing menus, and leading a high-performing kitchen team.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Main Accountabilities
  • Strategic Menu Development: Collaborate with management to design and implement new menu concepts, ensuring they align with our brand values and customer preferences.
  • Kitchen Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Culinary Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Essential Qualifications
  • Culinary Experience: Extensive experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields, with a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, market trends, and financial management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff, customers, and suppliers.
