Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team and contribute to the success of our Italian restaurant. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, culinary expertise, and attention to detail.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Day-to-Day Culinary Operations: Supervise kitchen staff, manage food preparation, and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate Food and Kitchenware Orders: Source high-quality ingredients and kitchen supplies, maintain inventory, and optimize ordering processes.
  • Quality Control: Inspect food preparation, check freshness and quality of ingredients, and enforce food safety standards.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with management to create innovative menu items, standardize recipes, and enhance plate presentations.
Requirements
  • Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields, with a passion for Italian cuisine.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with a focus on team motivation and development.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and quality control procedures.
