JOB TITLE: Senior Producer, Experiential

POSITION: Full-Time

Applicants for this role must possess live event production expertise and be willing to work from our office.

Position Overview:

The Senior Producer at Mirrored Media is responsible for overseeing all facets of production on our projects, from initial concept to final execution and evaluation. This role emphasizes experiential marketing and live events, while also occasionally engaging in other production areas such as brand collaborations, video content, and digital initiatives. Senior Producers manage overall production efforts, collaborating closely with Creative and Client Services teams to co-lead and implement projects across various disciplines. They serve in a dual capacity, acting as both Production and Client Services lead, independently managing projects of varying sizes and complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide strategic direction during concept development, ensuring feasibility and offering solutions grounded in a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and technologies.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of events from project initiation to final evaluation, including site scouting, permit acquisition, timeline management, production scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Develop and manage realistic project timelines, considering internal and external deliverables, and ensuring timely feedback and installations.
  • Act as a senior technical authority for project teams, managing audio/visual/lighting/staging resources, technical labor, and overseeing on-site technical operations.
  • Understand the strategic and creative vision of projects, sourcing and securing necessary resources to align with this vision.
  • Create, estimate, manage, and actualize budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project margins and collaborate with teams to uphold these margins from inception to completion.
  • Lead vendor engagement, logistics, and negotiations, ensuring effective onboarding and operational execution.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and identify potential efficiencies in budget and timelines.
  • Guide project staff through creative development, pre-production, and production phases.
  • Organize and track project elements in real-time, ensuring all necessary documentation and assets are managed effectively.
  • Facilitate guest communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and on-site navigation.
  • Develop and communicate training materials for Brand Ambassador staff.
  • Supervise all Production, Technical, Brand, and Event personnel throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior staff, including event coordinators and assistants.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of event production experience, with at least 3 years in an agency environment.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with a holistic view of project objectives.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
  • Commitment to processes while remaining adaptable and innovative in unique situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, supported by sound judgment and a wealth of industry knowledge.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to identify project needs in advance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly spreadsheets.
  • Must have reliable transportation for site visits and meetings.
  • Ability to work in an office setting and remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required, and travel as necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform on-site tasks, including outdoor work and extensive walking.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office and remote work.
