Key Responsibilities

4. Tailored Event Solutions:
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique event needs, customizing packages to exceed their expectations.
- Coordinate with various departments to guarantee flawless execution of events.
- Maintain accuracy in all event-related documentation, including proposals and contracts.
5. Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure beneficial agreements.
- Uphold company policies while ensuring a positive client experience.
6. Financial Oversight:
- Develop and oversee the event sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum return on investment.
- Track financial performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in event sales, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Strong ability to achieve business objectives through effective team alignment and communication.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a talent for engaging high-profile clients.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in sales and CRM software for lead tracking and reporting.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
