Key Responsibilities

1. Event Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to create appealing and profitable event menus tailored to client preferences.

  • Engage in collaborative meetings with hotel staff and clients to ensure seamless event planning and execution.

4. Tailored Event Solutions:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific event needs, customizing packages to meet their expectations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to guarantee flawless execution of events.
  • Manage all event documentation, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in communication.

5. Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate agreements and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial contracts.

6. Budget Oversight:

  • Develop and oversee the event sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation for maximum return on investment.
  • Monitor financial performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in event sales, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
