As the Head of Event Sales, your primary responsibility will be to lead and enhance our event sales initiatives. You will focus on attracting prestigious clients and successfully securing contracts for diverse events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, gala dinners, and other significant occasions. Key Responsibilities
1. Event Sales Strategy:
- Formulate and execute detailed event sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue goals and expanding market presence.
- Assess market dynamics, competitor strategies, and client feedback to pinpoint growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to create appealing and profitable event menus tailored to client preferences.
- Oversee the sales of various events hosted at our venue, including corporate and social events.

- Develop and oversee the event sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation for maximum return on investment.
- Monitor financial performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in event sales, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving business objectives through effective team and process alignment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-profile clients.
