Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead on daily campaign operations for live sports and entertainment events.
  • Develop comprehensive briefs to guide marketing efforts.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams including Public Relations, Social Media, and Sales to ensure alignment on marketing strategies.
  • Maintain an updated calendar of marketing resources and inventory for live events.
  • Oversee the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing assets for promotional campaigns.
  • Be available for quality control and troubleshooting during live events as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners regarding asset approvals and campaign strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for each event.
  • Work closely with internal teams on the development and approval of marketing materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future initiatives.
