St. Joseph Center has been committed to assisting low-income and homeless individuals and families since its inception. As a nonprofit organization, we focus on delivering extensive case management and social services to those in need. This position as a Case Manager offers an opportunity to positively impact the lives of community members.

Position Overview
  • Deliver exceptional case management services to clients transitioning from homelessness to stable housing.
  • Assess individuals and families for housing eligibility and guide them through the application process.
  • Conduct regular in-person case management meetings and home visits.
  • Assist clients in cultivating independent living skills and connecting with community resources.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related discipline.
  • One to two years of experience working with at-risk populations.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Familiarity with housing programs and available resources.
Key Competencies
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
