Client Service Specialist

CCG Business Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our attorneys and clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to attorneys and clients, including document preparation, data entry, and communication.
- Execute legal practice tasks and projects, including time and expense entry, billing, and client presentations.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to Firm resources, including DPS, Williams Lea, and Client Service Center.
- Prepare complex legal documents and correspondence, applying subject matter expertise as needed.
- Support client billing processes, including time entry protocols, edit and review process of client bills, and coordination of expense reporting.
- Manage the legal and administrative practices of attorneys, ensuring service levels meet client requirements.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- At least 5+ years' of legal secretarial experience or relevant legal experience (required).
- Real Estate experience (preferred).
- Competitive salary range: $76,000 - $105,000.
