Client Services Manager

As a Client Services Manager at Quad, you will play a key role in driving innovative projects, developing long-term partnerships, and elevating the client experience.

You will lead a talented team, collaborate across multiple departments, and help shape the future of client services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and mentoring Project Managers and Production Coordinators to ensure smooth execution across multiple channels.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Client Services to think outside the box and identify new opportunities to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Leading the tactical execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that span retail print circulars, direct mail, social media, and more.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, with a strong background in retail and print.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience required.
  • Experience working with creative, media, print production, and digital marketing is a must.
