About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team at Quad. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing innovative projects, developing long-term partnerships, and elevating the client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead a team of project managers and production coordinators, ensuring smooth execution of projects across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic growth and identify new opportunities to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time and ensuring everything is double-checked and client-approved.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by improving workflows, enhancing profitability, and delivering on client goals.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 5 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, with a strong background in retail and print.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience required.
  • Strategic mindset with experience working with creative, media, print production, and digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage performance, and cultivate a collaborative culture.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure all projects are accurate and aligned with client expectations.
