Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Primary Support Staff to join our team at Social Model Recovery Systems. As a Primary Support Staff, you will play a vital role in providing support services to our clients in a residential treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  2. Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor clients on an hourly basis, ensuring their safety and well-being. Document services provided, including case management and treatment planning.
  3. Case Management: Assist clients with benefits application, medication management, and other support services as needed.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Primary Counselors and other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all regulatory expectations, ethical standards, and Agency policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of substance abuse treatment and recovery principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • A SUD registered or certified credential.
