Job Summary

The Client Services Coordinator is a key role in providing high-quality services to justice-impacted, homeless, and low-income individuals. This position requires a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide welcoming presence and maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Facilitate client access to Chrysalis programs and resources.
  • Assist clients in accessing resources from partner agencies.
  • Coach clients on professional behavior when necessary.
  • Provide 1:1 services to clients.
Facilitating Front Lobby Operations
  • Administer client use of supportive resources.
  • Be aware of classes and other activities taking place and direct clients to activities as needed.
  • Manage and respond to all incoming telephone calls.
  • Inform guests of rules/procedures/policies.
Providing Administrative and Staff Support
  • Input client data and case notes into Salesforce promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain supply of employment curricula and client service forms.
  • Provide administrative support to Employment Specialists as needed.
