Position Overview:

ChemTreat is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Leader specializing in Industrial Water Treatment. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' operational efficiency and environmental compliance through innovative water treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and profitability within your designated region.
  • Focus on acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct independent fieldwork, performing comprehensive water analyses and applying advanced problem-solving techniques to recommend suitable chemical solutions.
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both ChemTreat account managers and clients, utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate Profile:
  • A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A proactive and results-oriented professional with a passion for engaging with clients in a dynamic environment.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in water testing, chemical management, and technical reporting.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in Industrial Water Treatment is required.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Residence in the specified area is necessary by the start date.
