- Operations Management: Assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the club, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Club Maintenance: Ensure the club is maintained to a high standard, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
