About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Membership Director to join our team at Tru Fit Athletic Clubs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing membership sales generation, supplement sales, and services promotions, as well as personnel management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Sales: Generate sales leads through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, and phone calls.
  • Sales Prospecting: Maintain and manage sales prospecting systems to ensure consistent lead generation.
  • Product and Service Promotion: Promote and sell as directed other services and products, such as personal training and supplements.
  • Sales Staff Development: Assume responsibility for developing selling skills in sales staff, prepare for, attend, and actively participate in sales meetings.
  • Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in ensuring the sales staff adheres to the Company's policies and procedures, and provide operational support as requested.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in selling health club memberships and managing sales departments.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive sales staff performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members, staff, and management.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
