Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative for Carl Ferraro - State Farm Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a successful and growing agency, marketing and selling State Farm Insurance and financial service products to customers in Arizona, Nevada, and Oregon.
Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. You will work closely with the agency team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales and marketing. You will also need to be able to learn and adapt quickly, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency opportunity. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
