About the role:

As the Director of Programmatic Advertising, you will oversee all facets of third-party Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) operating on our platform. You will lead a team of account managers, focusing on achieving and surpassing business objectives while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your role will involve leveraging your influence to drive impactful results. You will apply internal business insights alongside external market intelligence to enhance outcomes for our key clients. This leadership position will require you to provide direction, vision, and mentorship, while being accountable for the success of quarterly revenue targets. In this role, you will:

  • Formulate and implement strategies and action plans to meet annual revenue targets.
  • Utilize market knowledge and competitor analysis to define and develop the company's unique selling propositions.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships and secure new business opportunities for the programmatic advertising platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and opportunities.
  • Spot opportunities for strategic upselling and contribute to the growth of the platform.
  • Promote the advantages of programmatic advertising at industry events and client engagements.

What you bring to the table:

  • 10+ years of experience in account management or sales roles within mobile app advertising technology.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and guiding individuals through transitions.
  • Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and drive strategic transformations.
  • A passion for leading and contributing to a fast-paced, innovative culture.
  • A demonstrated record of owning outcomes during significant business transitions.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree.
