Job Description:

This Regional Sales Manager position involves developing and implementing business plans for all territories within the Eastern Region. Key responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives, as well as managing major accounts and supervising account managers.

We are committed to providing ongoing training and education to ensure our sales team has the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. This role requires strong planning, organization, and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans for all territories within the Eastern Region
  • Recruit, coach, and perform monthly commissions for Account Managers
  • Supervise and manage major accounts
  • Provide ongoing training and education to the sales team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on sales or marketing
  • Expert knowledge of industrial powered equipment and our industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
