CCRM Fertility is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Access Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Access Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and register patients, collecting necessary information and insurance details.
- Process co-pays, procedure pre-payments, and past due balances.
- Schedule or reschedule patient appointments, identifying no-shows and communicating schedule changes.
- Monitor correspondence, complete eligibility work queues, and protect confidential patient information.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward as needed.
- Mail patient information and education materials.
- Maintain lobby appearance, open the Care Center, and ensure the building is locked and secured at close of business.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year administrative experience required.
- Previous experience in reproductive medicine or Women's health preferred.
- Prior experience with Athena preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, on a rotating basis.
