Role Summary
The Overnight Team Member plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our members by delivering exceptional customer service. As we operate 24/5, you will help maintain a consistent experience during overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include closing the daily shift and upholding the cleanliness standards of the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to the 10/5 Rule: Intentionally acknowledge anyone within 5 feet, whether they are entering or exiting the facility.
  • Conduct informative tours and calls for prospective members, utilizing memorized scripts.
  • Manage all Front Desk activities, including personalized check-ins for members, guests, and prospects, addressing security concerns, answering phone inquiries, and facilitating membership sign-ups.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Operate tanning booths and amenities for Black Card members.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility.
  • Collaborate with day shift and overnight support staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with members and colleagues.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • A passion for fitness and health is essential.
  • Maintain an upbeat and positive demeanor.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and resolve issues.
  • Current CPR/AED certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequent communication in person and over the phone.
  • Capability to work overnight shifts.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to cleaning agents during shifts.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with varying days and hours of work.
