Position Overview:
The Healthcare Customer Service Representative (HCSR) serves as the initial point of interaction for patients and visitors, whether in person or via telephone.

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, or successful completion of a relevant internship.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.

Rooming Experience:

Compensation:
The listed amounts represent the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
