Role Responsibilities
The Overnight Team Member plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our members by delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members, guests, and prospective members.
- Managing the closing procedures for the day and ensuring the cleanliness of the facility.
- Maintaining consistent service standards throughout the overnight hours.
- Engaging with members and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conducting tours and providing information to prospective members.
- Assisting with front desk operations, including check-ins and account updates.
- Coordinating with day shift staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- A passion for fitness and health is essential.
- Must possess a positive attitude and strong listening skills.
- Current CPR/AED certification is preferred.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent communication with members in person and over the phone.
- Capability to work overnight shifts.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to cleaning agents during shifts.
