Key Responsibilities- Monitor the property overnight, conducting hourly walks to ensure the safety and security of residents and guests.
- Respond to any property emergencies, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues.
- Update the property logbook, maintaining accurate records of incidents and events.
- Check in guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
- Post notices as needed, keeping residents informed of important updates and announcements.
- Perform minor cleaning of common areas, maintaining a clean and tidy environment for residents and guests.
- One year of hospitality experience, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
- Previous experience as a Desk Clerk or similar role is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and/or preventative maintenance is a plus.
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, guests, and colleagues.
