Job Summary:

CycleBar of United Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within our studio, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals
  • Develop and execute strategic new customer outreach plans, in-club leads, and member referrals
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Franchise Owner and national sales director to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure member satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive sales and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
