Sales Director

Spartan Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading Material Handling Equipment sales and rental company to find a Sales Manager to join their team in Bristol, PA.
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales efforts and leading a team of sales professionals. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, actively engaging in the sales process, and collaborating with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on new opportunities.
Actively participate in the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the materials handling industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high performers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
Proficient in using CRM and business systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
