Territory Business Development Specialist

Are you passionate about building relationships and solving customer challenges? Do you have a strong background in sales and a passion for learning new technologies? We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Associate to join our team at Rep-Lite and help drive success in medical sales.
About the Opportunity
- Conduct customer meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and help users integrate our solutions seamlessly into their practices.
- Develop new accounts and deepen relationships with existing ones by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Use strategic planning to map out territory goals and opportunities, ensuring consistent success.
- Partner with marketing, technical support, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep accurate records in our CRM and share insights to refine strategy and product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of sales experience (B2B or medical sales preferred).
- A proven ability to meet goals, communicate persuasively, and foster customer trust.
- A passion for learning new technologies and helping others adopt them.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Flexibility to travel up to 75% within your territory (including daily and occasional overnight trips).
Compensation and Benefits
- $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
