Territory Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Territory Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities within your designated territory.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated territories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve overall business performance

Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to log daily activity and interactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
