About the Role
This position is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our site. Key responsibilities include:
  • Answering and transferring incoming calls
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Providing general information and directions to callers and guests
  • Greeting visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintaining files for program quality management meetings

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
