Business Development Manager

As a key member of the Miracle Mile Shops team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Specialty Leasing Program. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to drive revenue growth through alternative channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute plans to increase revenue through in-line, wall unit, and common area leasing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies
- Manage relationships with existing tenants and prospects to drive lease renewals and new business
- Proven track record of success in business development or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
