Job Title: Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for Apothecarie by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships in the pay per call space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business partnerships that drive revenue growth for Apothecarie
  • Close and onboard reputable call buyers with competitive deals and terms
  • Manage and grow pay per call buyers, including maximizing payouts, monitoring and optimizing budgets, CC caps, dropped calls, RPC, and other key performance indicators
  • Analyze industry trends and identify new verticals to grow in
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company goals
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry developments and stay up-to-date with market trends
Requirements:
  • Deep and intensive experience selling pay per call traffic
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, in pay per call
  • Proven track record of identifying and developing successful partnerships that drive consistent and scalable revenue
  • Proven track record of selecting reputable buyers who are financially sound and pay bills on time
  • Strong understanding of the insurance, financial, and home services verticals
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing spending to achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Success Metrics:
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve consistent revenue growth and increase the overall revenue generated by Apothecarie
  • Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue for Apothecarie
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI
  • Market Expansion: Identify new verticals to grow in and expand the company's footprint in the pay per call space
