Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Draeger. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned geographic territory or business scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with target customers and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your assigned territory or business scope.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, sales teams, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
  • Experience selling through channel partners and a strong understanding of distributor networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
