Job Summary

Chipton-Ross Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in a contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and review non-conforming material forms for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process non-conforming material through the ERP system and enter data into TrackWise.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to request RMAs and process POs upon approval.
  • Evaluate and escalate issues related to supplier responsiveness and MRB trends.

Requirements:

  • High organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and typing skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Education:

  • Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule:

  • First Shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
