Job Summary

Mountain Area Community Services (MACS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide one-on-one Community Networking services for an individual with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support and assistance to the individual in their daily life
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal care
  • Accompany the individual to community events and activities, promoting socialization and integration
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with the individual, their family, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with MACS staff to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with current vehicle insurance
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
