Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Feasibility: Assess potential housing projects by collaborating with community leaders and stakeholders.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and maintain preliminary budgets and operating cost estimates in partnership with financial teams.
  • Community Engagement: Communicate with local groups and maintain transparency throughout the development process.
  • Funding Acquisition: Identify and secure funding sources, including grants and tax credits, to support project initiatives.
  • Construction Oversight: Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.

  • A degree in business administration, urban planning, or a related field.
  • Two to three years of experience in affordable housing development or real estate finance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


This role requires the ability to navigate various work environments, including office settings and construction sites. A valid driver's license is necessary for site visits and community engagement activities.
