Essential Functions Develops, administers, and updates policies and procedures relating to human relations activities, including employment, compensation, labor relations, training, talent development. Facilitates a work environment that maximizes employee morale, teamwork, work ethic, commitment to company strategic goals, and company loyalty. The Human Resources Director has the authority to hire, fire and change the compensation and/or duties, or to promote employees in a direct reporting relationship, provided these actions are within established company policy and budget, and are approved by management.
