As the CHRO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives. You will build and lead a high-performing HR team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives across all areas, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and legal compliance.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business goals.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement innovative talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Oversee succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations effectively, addressing concerns promptly and fairly. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and motivate employees. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
  • Lead the HR team in providing exceptional service to employees at all levels. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the HR department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • SPHR certification preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience leading and managing HR functions in a dynamic organization.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
